TEAM 4
The video project at this point is going smooth for us but it could be better. For example, we all have ideas to put in the story board but we have problems finishing the story board. The filming part is going good for us but there are times when there isn’t enough time to film everything we wanted to get accomplished. As a whole, the team is working together and doing everything we have to do. There isn’t any arguments because most of the time everyone is focused. But the major issue for us is time.
Honestly, I feel confident in us meeting the final deadline because I feel “when push comes to shove” we’ll make time somehow, someway to finish the work. However there are obstacles in the course in completing the project. A problem that I know may be a problem is Munna doing the editing. Since he is working with Premier I believe he may problems finessing the problem. Other than that I believe we can do it because we aren’t doing anything that is straying us away form the project.
Reflection #3
Media seminar
5/8/07
This week was so/so. We had a little setback with the filming because Michaels partner Harley couldn’t get out of class till the last 20 minutes of the period. But the good thing is that we were able to do some editing with Dan and Jonathan.
The hard part of this week was that nobody was really experienced with movie maker and a lot of peoples mind wasn’t in the project. The easy part about this week was that we planned for the rest of the classes. We have a week for the teachers and we have a week for interviews. I feel confident on us meeting the deadline because we've been putting in the right amount of work into this project. I think our group could have sat down and discussed our plan more effectively but other then that im proud of our progress
Team 3 Reflection 4
The video project for my team so far is not that good. I personally been absent but my other teammates just worried about the program instead of shooting other scenes. But even with these flaws we do work well together. Luis and I continue to appear at the lab whenever we have a free period to edit the little we have accomplished. The challenge is that even though we have this great idea in mind it’s hard to actually make it happen. Therefore we had made some edits for our project to be completed in the time needed.
Since the recent changes we had made on our project, I do feel confident that will accomplish our goal and everything will be ready for the film festival. I do think that we should have chosen to use the MAC computer in order to create our movie but because we choose to do it with the Adobe Premiere, it will give us some difficulty. Furthermore, it is still a challenge for us to learn the program and use it to create the movie.
